Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at anjbracelets@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Handmade Disclaimer
All ANJ Bracelets are handmade using all semi precious stones, which means that each piece can vary slightly in size, shape and color. Due to the nature of the jewelry, exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, lotion and other similar elements is not recommended and can change the appearance.  ANJ bracelets should not be worn in the shower, the pool, or to the gym. We recommend storing your jewels in a safe place when they are not being worn.  This does not apply to necklaces that are sterling silver.  Those can take on such exposure and remain the same.

Rose gold hematite - This stone is altered. Hematite is silver in nature. These stones are coated in rose gold. They are gorgeous but due to their coat, they need to be taken care of even more so than other stones.  Please keep them away from harsh chemicals, lotions, water, perfumes, etc.  Any jewelry item you purchase is one of a kind and handmade by ANJ Bracelets.

***Tip: Stretchy bracelets should be ROLLED over your hand when putting them on, instead of pulling the elastic cord.

Color Disclaimer
Due to the variations of stones and beads, colors may vary slightly from the item you see on our website and what you receive as your purchase. We have done our best to photograph colors of our bracelets as accurately as possible. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for bracelets won in giveaways or purchased at any of our retail store locations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
